• It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and manuals intact.

• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Perishable goods, customized products, or items on final clearance sale.

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse after delivery.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via mobile financial service/bank transfer within a certain number of days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return.
